摘要
目的总结自体骨髓基质干细胞组织工程骨修复下颌骨缺损的护理经验。方法对3例下颌骨肿瘤术后骨缺损患者术前做好心理护理,进行充分的手术护理配合,术后重点观察伤口渗血、渗液情况,保持引流管通畅,并做好康复护理与出院指导。结果 3例患者均良好地修复了下颌骨缺损,术后随访3~5年肿瘤无复发。结论对运用组织工程骨技术修复下颌骨缺损的患者进行有针对性的护理,可有效促进患者的术后康复。
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of patients using tissue-engineered bone（TEB）to repair mandible defects caused by tumor resection.Methods Three male adult patients of mandible defects treated with TEB underwent efficient nursing implements,including psychological nursing,appropriate nursing cooperation during operation,complete postoperative observation for oozing and exudate from the wound,keeping drainage tube patency,good rehabilitation nursing and discharge guidance.Results All the mandible defects were repaired by the newly formed TEB,with no tumor reoccurrence in a three-year follow-up.Conclusion The targeted nursing plan of patients using TEB to repair mandible defects is an effective approach to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
