摘要
目的了解手术室护士发生锐器伤的原因、种类等,为制定针对性的防护措施提供依据。方法 2009年10月至2010年10月,采用自行设计的问卷对北京三所综合性医院手术室的154名护士进行调查。结果手术室护士锐器伤的发生率为100%,以缝针刺伤最常见,多发生在手术配合时,疲劳是最常见的致伤原因。结论手术室护士锐器伤发生率高,临床工作中应加强对护理人员职业防护知识的教育,制定有效的防护措施,以避免或减少锐器伤的发生。
Objective To explore the causes and types of sharp instrument injuries in operating nurses,so as to provide the evidence for developing the corresponding protection countermeasure.Methods From October 2009 to October 2010,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 154 operating nurses in three comprehensive hospitals of Beijing.Results The incidence of sharp instrument injuries in operating nurses was 100%.Sharp injuries mainly occured in operating cooperation,and the needle stab was the most common sharp instrument injury mainly due to fatigue.Conclusion The incidence of sharp instrument injuries in operating nurses is very high.We should strengthen the education of occupational protection of the nursing staff in clinical work and take the countermeasures to prevent sharp instrument injuries.
