摘要
本研究主要以南阳市12所经营性体育健身俱乐部的健身消费者行为作为研究对象。从消费者的个体特征、购买特点、使用特征方面进行调查研究,提出应根据不同消费者的消费行为特点及需求变化规律研究影响消费行为的内外因素,才能有针对性地提供符合消费者需求的服务,制定相应的市场营销策略。
By the marketing investigation of 12 Fitness and Health clubs in Nanyang city,the questionnaire surveyed on consumers′ behavior in these clubs had been given.From the consumers' individual characteristics,the characteristics of purchase and corresponding investigation,the paper puts forward how to work out the reasonable marketing strategies in accordance with different types of consumers and various external and internal factors.It is better to provide the service that meets consumars' demand.
