摘要
阐述了县级公共图书馆自动化、网络化建设的必要性,提出了县级公共图书馆自动化、网络化建设的方法步骤,并结合庄河市图书馆实例,探讨县级公共图书馆自动化、网络化建设的作用,进而提出提高县级公共图书馆馆藏文献信息资源和网络信息资源的利用率,提高馆员工作效率的有效途径。
