摘要
针对地市级公共图书馆的特点 ,从五个方面 ,论述了在网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设应该采取的对策。
In this article the author analyses the characteristics of the prefecture or municipal libraries and gives opinion on how to develop the information resource construction in five fields under the network environment.
