摘要
对球孢白僵菌403001进行了孢子紫外选育,获得一毒力较高、性能稳定的突变株403001-38。利用此突变株继代培养10代,得到的产孢量均高于诱变出发株,其毒力为出发菌株的2.1倍,这表明该菌株具有较好的遗传稳定性。
Selection of spore was conducted to Beauveria bassiana 403001,and a mutated strain 403001-38 with high virulence and stable performance was obtained.Using this mutated stain to sub-culture for 10 generations,its sporulation yield in each generation was all higher than that of original strain,and virulence was 2.1 times of that of original strain.The results showed that the mutated strain has great genetic stability.
