摘要
目的调研上海市人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者/艾滋病(AIDS)患者的中医证候,为中西医结合诊疗艾滋病提供参考。方法收集HIV感染者/AIDS患者共计398例,填写症状体征调查表,并进行中医辨证,将患者分成气虚证、气虚兼挟阴虚证、气虚兼挟湿热证、气虚兼挟痰瘀证、气虚兼挟血瘀证和无证可辨6种证候。结果 HIV感染者110例,AIDS患者288例,两组患者平均年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HIV感染者气虚兼挟湿热证以及无证可辨者比例均显著高于AIDS患者(P<0.05);而AIDS患者属气虚兼挟阴虚证、气虚兼挟血瘀证者显著高于HIV感染者(P<0.05)。结论 HIV感染者以气虚兼挟湿热证为主,AIDS患者以气虚兼挟阴虚证和气虚兼挟血瘀证为多见。
Objective To investigate TCM syndromes of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）infected persons and acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS）patients in Shanghai in order to provide reference for the diagnosis of AIDS and its treatment with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods Totally 398 HIV infected persons and AIDS patients were collected.After filling in the questionnaire on symptoms and signs,the TCM syndrome differentiation was carried out for diagnosis.All subjects were differentiated into six syndromes,including qi deficiency,qi deficiency complicated with yin deficiency,qi deficiency complicated with damp heat,qi deficiency complicated with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,qi deficiency complicated with blood stasis,and uncertian case.Results There were 110 HIV infected persons and 288 AIDS patients,and they had statistical difference in averaged age（P0.05）.The percentage of qi deficiency complicated with damp heat and uncertian case of HIV infected persons was significantly higher than that of AIDS patients（P0.05）,but the percentage of qi deficiency complicated with yin deficiency and qi deficiency complicated with blood stasis of AIDS patients was statistically higher than that of HIV infected persons（P0.05）.Conclusion HIV infected persons are mostly of qi deficiency complicated with damp heat,whilst the AIDS patients are commonly of qi deficiency complicated with yin deficiency and qi deficiency complicated with blood stasis.
