摘要
科技档案工作者应提高对科技档案开发利用重要性的认识,广开思路,提升开发利用科技档案的主动性和自觉性;做好档案收集、管理工作,为档案开发利用奠定基础;不断提高自身的各方素养,加强主动服务意识,变档案的封闭管理为开放式服务管理,为档案开发利用创造良好的软件环境;充分合理开发利用科技档案资源,做好科技档案的开发利用工作,使科技档案发挥应有的经济效益和社会效益。
The staff engaged in scientific archives administration should deepen the understanding on importance of development and utilization of scientific archives, widen their views and enhance the initiative and consciousness of developing and utilizing scientific archives; they should complete the collection and administration of documents to lay the foundation for developing and utilizing the archives, improve their own qualities, enhance the awareness of initiative services, turn the close type management into open type service management, and make a better software environment for the development and utilization of scientific archives. At last, they should develop and utilize the resources of scientific archives fully and reasonably, complete the development and utilization of scientific archives, and make the scientific archives exhibit their economic and social benefits.
