摘要
高校在多校区办学情况下,档案工作面临着校区分散、档案管理体制不统一及多校区形成前后档案全宗的变化等问题。要妥善应对这些问题,必须坚持集中统一管理原则,遵循全宗原则, 规范档案管理,建立全校档案目录中心,全面推行部门立卷制度。
Because of several campuses, archives management at college faces the problems of scattered campuses, ununifed management systems and changes of files. In order to solve these problems, several measures should be taken. First all archives should be concentrated with unified management, which is the basic principle of archives management. Second, adhere to the principle of the whole file. Third, lay down the standards of archives management and set up a center of achives catalogue, carry out the system of filing.
