摘要
采用原子吸收分光光度法( 火焰法) 测定了延吉市、吉林市部分酒厂生产的原汁山葡萄酒中的11 种微量元素.在测定的微量元素中,镁的含量均较高(个别样品高达4 mg/L左右) ,镉的含量最低( 最低为2 .0 μg/L) .
Eleven kind of trace elements were determined in wild wine which were made in Yanji wine factory and Jilin city.The highest content of trace elements among these wine is Mg (about 4?mg per 1?000?mL), the lowest is Cd (about 2.0?μg per 1?000?mL).
