摘要
本文报道了测定左旋多巴的高灵敏度荧光光度新方法。在pH= 7的中性介质中,方法的最低检出限为1.9×10- 8mol.L- 1,线性范围为2.0×10- 8—6.0×10- 5m ol.L- 1,用该法测定样品中左旋多巴的结果令人满意,平均回收率为99.2% (n=5)。
This paper has reported a new method to detect the levodopa quantitatively in tablets by fluorimetry.The linear range and the detection limit for this method are 2.0×10 -8 ～6.0×10 -5 mol.L -1 and 1.9×10 -8 mol.L -1 ,respectively. The relative standard deviation for the determination of 1.014×10 -6 mol.L -1 is 2.1%(n=5).This method has been successfully applied to the determination of levodopa in tablets with satisfactory results.
