摘要
本文通过对青蒿素及其16个衍生物的圆二色谱研究,首次确定了青蒿素衍生物8、9和17的过氧键的圆二色谱的λ_(max)和它的△ε值.并对青蒿素衍生物的圆二色谱出现类似旋光谱中的“背景曲线”的异常现象作了探讨.
The circular dichroism spectra (CD) of Qinghaosn (1) and its sixteen derivatives were studied and the Cotton effects (CE) of the peroxide chromophore in compound 8, 9 and 17 were shown to be 231 (△ε=+0.63), 236(△ε=+0.82) and 232 nm (△ε=+0.76).
