摘要
针对地方区域性高校须培养高质量应用型人才以适应服务地方发展的要求,对新建地方本科院校应用型人才培养中实验室的地位与作用及目前实验室建设及实验教学中存在的问题进行了分析,提出要转变观念,做好实验教学内容、手段和方法改革,制定完善的管理制度,做好实验教师队伍建设以及实验室的运作机制改革等实验室软环境建设,以期对高校利用实验教学培养应用型人才提供参考。
Local colleges should train high - quality applicable person to adapt to the development of local economy. Aim at the request, the status and role of laboratory in the education of applicable person in new local undergraduate universities was discussed, and so as the present problems. There for, some suggestions about the establishment of soft environment are put forward： changing the old concepts; reforming experiment teaching content, means and ways; dex;eloping a perfect system of administration; Strengthening the construction teaching team and improving the operating mechanism, so to provide the references to the training of high - quality applicable persons in this college and other similar colleges.
