摘要
在大量实验的基础上,对PVA0588 和PVA1799 、(PVA0588∶PVA1799) 和磷酸酯淀粉组成的组合浆料各种配比的粘度进行了研究,指出:在PVA1799 中、PVA1799 和磷酸酯淀粉组合浆料中加入PVA0588 ,会使组合浆液粘度明显减低,达到“高浓低粘”的目的;并且当PVA0588∶PVA1799 为3∶7 和2∶8 时,组合浆液的粘度变化离散度小,热稳定性好,低粘效果理想。
This article uses PVA0588,PVA1799 and B\|210 to make up size mixture to probe into a variety of viscosity, and try to find one effective way reaching the effect of high density and low viscosity. On the base of a large number of experiments and by study to the size mixture of different biending rate, the article indicatos: when two proportions formulas of 3∶7 and 2∶8 between PVA0588 and PVA1799 are better, its disperation degree of viscosity flutuation is smaller, thermal slability is better and effect of low viscosity is ideal.
