摘要
用化学分析、SEM分析方法研究了在Ca(OH)2悬浮液中加入Na5P3O10后超微细CaCO3结晶的成核和长大结果表明,Na5P3O10的存在促进CaCO3的成核,晶核生长速率G=0.随着过饱和度的降低,CaCO3晶核遵循抛物线规律生长成核存在于整个碳化过程,没有出现晶粒的凝聚粗化.
The carbonation of Ca(OH)2 Suspension and the crystal size distribution (CSD) were measured using chemical analysis and SEM. The nucleation rate Bo was calculated by mass and population balance. The result showed that because of presence of Na5P3O10, the CaCO3 nucleates rapidly and the crystal growth rate G=0 initially, and then the CaCO3 nucleus grows according to the parabola law (n=0.4992) with the decreasing of degree of supersaturation (1). The nucleation of CaCO3 lasts all over the process. The crystallization kinetics process of the ultrafine CaCO3 obeys to MLS and N model.
