摘要
采用碳酸钙填充并与乙丙橡胶或顺丁橡胶共况的方法对发泡聚苯乙烯进行增强改性,制得了一种抗冲聚苯乙烯新产品.该产品刚性、冲击强度和耐热性能等均优于改性前的基体材料.本法生产工艺简单、成本降低.适宜于注塑制品.
A new product of polystyrene has been manufactured by means of filling withcalcium carbonate and blending with ethylene-propylene-dirne terpolymer orpolybutadiene so as to reinforce and reform the foamed polystyrene, which is superior to itsbase material in stiffness, impact strength, and high temperature strength. The productionprocess is simple with a low cost and suitable for injection mould products.
