摘要
目的探讨天灸治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效和对生存质量的影响。方法随机将90例合格受试患者分为天灸组、药膏贴敷组和超短波组,每组30例,观察其疗效和SF-36评分的改变。结果天灸组有效率96.67%,药膏贴敷组73.33%,超短波组76.67%。天灸组与药膏贴敷组和超短波组相比疗效差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。天灸组患者生存质量的改善明显优于其他两组(p<0.05)。结论天灸可以改善腰背肌筋膜炎患者的生存质量,是治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的一种有效的方法。
Objective To discuss the curative effect of medicinal vesiculation on the myofascitis of back.Methods By the simply and random method,divided 90 qualified patents to three groups,every group is 30 patients,as medicinal vesiculation group,unguent group and ultra short wave group,assess the changes after treatment and SF-36 score of the three groups.Results The effect rate of medicinal vesiculation group is 96.67%,unguent group is 73.33% and ultra short wave group is 76.67%,there have statistic significance of medicinal vesiculation group compared with others（p0.05）.Adapted SF-36 quality life＇s form to analyze the results,the difference of curative effect of 3 groups have statistic meaning（p0.05）.The improvement of life quality of medicinal vesiculation group is excellent than other groups.Conclusion Medicinal vesiculation can boost the life quality of myofascitis of back,the treatment is an efficient method for myofascitis of back.
