摘要
目的探讨穴位贴敷法预防妇科腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐的临床护理效果。方法选取2016年6月~2017年6月收治的102例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各51例。观察组患者给予常规护理和中药调和剂穴位贴敷护理治疗,对照组患者给予常规护理。观察两组患者术后不同时间段恶心呕吐发生率及发生程度及不良反应(如皮肤瘙痒,胶布过敏,胸闷心慌)情况。结果术后观察组患者0~6、7~24 h恶心、呕吐发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者0~6、7~24 h时间段内恶心、呕吐程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者0~6、7~24 h时间段内恶心、呕吐评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应总发生率为7.84%与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位贴敷法能有效降低妇科腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐的发生率,减轻恶心呕吐程度,且副作用小。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing effect of acupoint sticking method to prevent nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopie general anesthesia,Methods This study selected the June 2016 to June 2017 were 102 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object,which was divided into control group and observation group, 51 cases in each group.The observation group was received routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine additive acupoint treatment,the control group was received routine nursing care.The incidence and incidence of nausea and vomiting and adverse reactions （such as pruritus,adhesive tape allergy,chest tightness,palpitation） were observed in two groups after operation.Results The postoperative observation group 0-6 h,7-24 h incidence of nausea and vomiting were lower than that the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the observation group 0-6 h, 7-24 h period of nausea and vomiting degree were lower than that the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the observation group 0-6 h,7-24 h period,nausea vomiting score were lower than that the control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group （7.84%） was not significantly different from that in the control group （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint sticking therapy can effectively reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia, reduce the degree of nausea and vomiting,and the side effects are small.
