摘要
通过用误差流理论,得到多工序制造过程中最终产品尺寸误差是由各道工序产品尺寸误差累积、耦合和传递的结果.采用控制理论方法将误差传递过程映射到状态空间方程得到误差传递模型.利用齐次变换方法,推导出制造过程中基准误差和夹具误差的具体影响,得到误差传递模型的详细结构.以制动钳的钳体制造过程为例验证模型的有效性,为多工序制造过程误差溯源、系统优化评价等提供理论基础和依据.
A result was obtained by using the theory of stream of variation that the dimensional variation of final products was determined by accumulation,coupling,and transmission of dimensional variation during all stages in multi-stage manufacturing process.A variation transmission model was obtained by using control theory to map the transmission of dimensional variation into the state-space equation.By using homogeneous coordinate transformation method the concrete influence of the datum variation and fixture variation were deduced and a detailed configuration of variation transmission model was obtained.Finally,a body of brake-caliper manufacturing process was given for illustration and verification of the effectiveness of the variation transmission model,providing a theoretic basis for variation source detection and system optimization evaluation.
