摘要
基于文献计量的视角,从10个指标对高校学生事务管理的研究现状进行了评估与分析,在此基础上,从学生事务管理的内涵与定义、观念与目的、内容、体制与模式、组织结构等视角,对中美高校学生事务管理进行了对比分析,以期对中国高校学生事务管理的科学发展提供一定的借鉴。
This paper, from the angle of literature metrology, is to analyze and evaluate the research situation of university student ＂affairs administration by 10 indexes; and, on this basis, a contrast analysis of intension and definition, concept and target, content, system and mode, organization framework and other perspectives of student affairs administration is made to offer some experience and reference for the development of student affairs management in Chinese higher schools.
