摘要
针对微细电火花线切割加工表面的微观特殊形貌,研究了该加工表面的支承特性和润滑性能,对微细电火花线切割加工的工程应用具有重要的参考价值.应用截面的二值图求得截面积,绘制微细电火花线切割加工表面的表面支承面积率曲线,应用MATLAB的PDETOOL工具箱得出微细电火花线切割加工单个微坑内的油膜压力场.结果表明,微细电火花线切割加工表面的峰谷分布比较规则,在支承面积率tp=49.228%时,水平截距c=8%,当tp=80%时,c=23.2%;微细电火花线切割加工表面的峰区材料体积增加迅速,表面具有较好的支承特性;表面越粗糙,表面的支承性能越差,而核心区液体滞留性越好;微坑储存润滑油,显著改善了加工表面的润滑状况;接触表面在油膜压力作用下接触均匀,对冲击压力有缓冲作用,提高了微细电火花线切割加工表面的耐磨性能.
In order to provide important reference for the practical application of micro-wire electrical discharge machining (micro-WEDM), the bearing and lubrication characteristics of the micro-WEDM surface were investigated by analysis of its special micro-morphology. The surface bearing area ratio curve for the micro-WEDM surface was drawn on the basis of the section area obtained with the binary image of cross-section, and the oil film pressure field for single micro-pit on the micro-WEDM surface was gained by using the PEDTOOL toolbox in MATLAB. The results show that the micro-WEDM surface has relatively regular peak-valley distribution. When the bearing area ratio tp is 49. 228 %, the level intercept c is 8 %. When to is 80%, the intercept c is 23.2%. The volume of the peak zone material for the micro-WEDM surface increases rapidly and the micro-WEDM surface has good bearing property. When the surface is rougher, the surface bearing property is worse, while the liquid retention property in the core area is better. The micro-pits can store the lubrication oil and improve the lubrication condition of the micro-WEDM surface obviously. Under the action of oil film pressure, the contact surfaces contact uniformly, which can buffer the impact pressure and improve the wear resistance of the micro-WEDM surface.
