摘要
利用均匀设计方法对实验进行了优化 ,在不影响研究工艺规律的前提下 ,极大地减少了实验的工作量。根据实验内容采用 4阶多项式回归模型对实验数据进行了多元非线性回归分析 ,建立了电参数对表面粗糙度和加工时间的多元非线性回归方程 ,获得了实用的工艺参数 ,为进一步掌握微细电火花线切割加工工艺规律提供了理论分析依据。
This paper uses the uniform design method to optimize this experiment, and under the premise of having no influence on study of technological rule, greatly decreases the amount of work of this experiment. According to the content of this experiment, regression model with 4 factorial polynomial is applied to make a multivariant nonlinear regression analysis of data, multivariant nonlinear regression equation of electrical parameters to roughness and machining time is established, and practical technological parameters are acquired. This study provides proof of theoretical analysis for advanced master of technological rule of MWEDM.
