摘要
目的：探讨角膜内皮炎的病因、临床表现和治疗。方法：回顾性分析2008年7月~2010年2月本院收治的12例角膜内皮炎患者的临床表现、具体治疗措施及疗效。结果：所有患者经抗病毒药物及糖皮质激素联合治疗后疗效满意。结论：角膜内皮炎的诊断目前缺乏针对性的检查手段,应用抗病毒药物及糖皮质激素联合治疗,能够取得一定疗效。
Objective：To explore the cause,the clinical manifestion and treatment of the corneal endothelitis.Methods：To analyze the cause,the clinical manifestion and the treatment of 12 corneal endothelitis cases,who were hospitalized in our department from Jul 2008 to Feb 2010.Results：All cases had gotten a positive outcome after the joint treatment of steroid and anti-virus agent.Conclusion：The diagnosis and pathogeny of comeal endotheliitis is unclear yet,joint treatment of steroid and ante-virus agents shall be taken for achieving a positive outcome.
