摘要
目的:分析北京大学第三医院中药不良反应(ADR)病例报告,寻找发生的特点和一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集本院2004—2010年所有的中药ADR报告,分别从患者基本情况,ADR出现时间、涉及系统及具体临床表现,引起ADR不同剂型和用药剂量等方面进行统计分析。结果:不良反应可以发生在任何年龄段,50～59岁患者所占比例较高;女性比例偏高,为66.90%。用药后1 d以内发生的ADR占37.93%;不良反应主要累及皮肤系统,占64.83%;涉及ADR的药品剂型以注射剂居首位,占32.41%;超出说明书推荐剂量发生ADR的占12.41%。结论:应提倡规范合理地应用中药,重视中药ADR的报告和监测工作,以减少中药ADR的发生,确保患者的用药安全。
OBJECTIVE：To probe into the characteristics and general patterns of the traditional Chinese medicine-induced adverse drug reactions（ADRs） occurred in Beijing university third hospital by so as to provide reference for clinical safe and rational use of traditional Chinese medicines.METHODS：All the ADR cases induced by traditional Chinese medicines during 2004-2010 period collected from Beijing University Third Hospital were analyzed statistically with regard to patients’ basic information,time to ADR onset,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations,dosage forms and doses of ADR-involved drugs etc.RESULTS：The ADR induced by traditional Chinese medicines appeared at any age group but mostly in patients aged 50-59 years with women showing highest proportion（66.90%）.ADR onset within 24 hours represented 37.93%.The most common presentation of the ADR was lesions of dermal system（64.83%）.Injections took the lead among all the traditional Chinese medicines involved in ADR（32.41%）.12.41% was resulted from off-label use（larger than the recommended dose）.CONCLUSION：Rational use of traditional Chinese medicine should be advocated in hospital,meanwhile,great importance should be attached to the reporting and monitoring of traditional Chinese medicines induced-ADRs in order to reduce ADR frequency and ensure patients’ medication safety
