摘要
随着高等医学教育的跨越式发展,医学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻的事实已经突显.通过客观数据认真分析医学毕业生就业现状及原因,剖析医学毕业生指导工作存在的主要问题,进而对医学毕业生出路指导提出对策与建议.
With the high speed development of higher medical education,the medical graduates become more and more difficult to find jobs.Through careful analysis of objective data on employment status and reasons for medical graduates,this paper analyzed the main problems and came up with strategies and suggestions.
