摘要
本文综述了对苯并三唑类光稳定剂的合成技术及应用情况。对生产工艺中各种还原方法(锌粉法、水合肼法、硫化钠-锌粉法等)进行了分析对比,指出硫化钠-锌粉法是一种适于工业化的还原方法。列举了对该类光稳定剂在聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯,聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯树脂等方面的应用。
Synthesis and application of Benzotriazole light stabilizers were related. Some industrial reduction technologies, such as zinc powder method, hydrazine hydrate method, sodium sulfide-zinc powder method etc, were analyzed and compared. The result of this study showed that the sodium sulfide-zinc reduction method was suitable for industrial prodution. Some application examples of Benzotriazole light stabilizers used in polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, polyurethane etc, were given in this paper. A 200t/a pilot production line (UV-326, UV-327) has been built and put into operation.
