摘要
工业冷却水系统及设备经化学清洗后可能会发生泄漏事故，事故原因既有设备本身存在的隐患与缺陷，又有化学清洗不当造成的．认为出现事故大多是上述两种因素综合造成．并提出了一些对策与建议．
After chemical cleaning industry water cool-exchangers and system may occured leak accident.The accident causes are both hidden trouble existed in water cool-exchangers,and improper in chemical cleaning.It is considered that arised accident is most of above-mentioned two factors,thus was brought up some countermeasure and proposals.
