综述牛奶纤维在国外的开发历史，研究现状，纤维的性能特点以及制造工艺等。并对目前开发研制该种纤维在中国市场的意义进行评述。
Reviewed the history of the research and development of Milk Casein fiber at abroad,properties of fiber and productive process.Discussion was made on that fiber development at Chinese market.
