摘要
目的:了解吐鲁番地区农村居民食用碘盐普及情况,为消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法:根据《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》和自治区碘盐监测实施细则要求进行抽样。按照(GB/T13025.7-1999)中直接滴定法进行检测。结果:共检测吐鲁番地区23个乡(镇)居民食用碘盐876份,碘盐覆盖率为99.32%,碘盐含量中位值为25.45 mg/kg。食用合格碘盐868份,合格碘盐食用率99.09%,碘盐合格率99.77%,非碘盐食用率0.68%。结论:吐鲁番地区碘缺乏病防治工作成绩显著,居民户合格碘盐食用率的大幅度提高,说明对贫困地区的贫困居民免费发放碘盐、开展碘缺乏病防治健康教育、盐业市场整顿都取得了显著成效。
Objective：To find out the situation of village household consumption of iodized salt in Turpan Prefecture so as to provide scientific basis for eliminating the iodine deficiency disorders（IDD）.Methods： Sampling according to the ＂national ildine deficiency disorders surveillance program＂ and the requirement of the implement′s detailde rules and regulationa of iodized salt surveillance in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Detecting was done by direct titration method according to（GB/T13025.7-1999）.Results： A total of 876 household consumption of ildized salt were detected in 23 township（town） of Turpan Municipality.The consuming rate of iodized salt was above 99.32%,the median iodized salt content was 25.45 mg/kg.868 comsumption samples were qualified iodized salt.the consumption rate of qualified salt was 99.09%,the rate of qualified salt was 99.77%,and the rate of consuming non-ildized salt was 0.68%.Conclusion： The work for prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders in Turpan obtain a significant achievements,the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt at village household level increases annually.It is showed that we gain significant result by providing iodized salt to poor resident in poor areas for free,carrying out the health education about prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders and rectifying for salt market.
