摘要
为筛选出高效降胆固醇乳酸菌,试验利用MRS培养基从熊猫粪便中分离得到7株乳酸菌,采用硫磷铁比色法对7株乳酸菌的体外降胆固醇能力进行测定,并利用经典分类法对所分离的乳酸菌菌株进行系统的细菌学鉴定。结果表明:得到1株编号为X1的乳酸菌,该菌能够耐受pH值为3.0的酸性环境和0.3%的胆盐,在对数生长期降胆固醇能力最强,胆固醇的降低率为25.3%,确定该菌株为肠球菌属病臭肠球菌。
To screen out certain lactic acid bacterium(LAB) that can lower the levels of cholesterol,seven strains of LAB were obtained from the excrement of panda with MRS medium.Cholesterol removal activity of 7 strains of LAB was tested by the colorimetric method with Ferric chloride / phosphoric acid/ sulfuric acid and identified completely by the classic classification method.The results showed that a strain of LAB numbered X1 was obtained,which was tolerant to pH 3.0 and 0.3% bile salts.The strain presented a comparatively high ability of cholesterol reducing in the logarithmic growing period and its reducing rate was 25.3%,it belonged to genus Enterococcus,E.malodoratus by the identification.
