摘要
为分离纯化与鉴定动物肠道内益生菌并进一步了解动物机体内微生态环境和微生物组成结构,采集兰州市榆中县夏官营镇的荷斯坦泌乳牛粪便,从中分离、纯化优势菌种,并通过形态观察、革兰氏染色和一系列生理生化实验进行检测.通过检测鉴定出生长性能好、产酸能力强且适合动物机体生长代谢的五株益生菌(嗜热链球菌、乳杆菌、芽孢杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、片球菌)和大肠杆菌.此研究以期为动物胃肠道内微生态系统及益生菌的分离鉴定提供参考.
The present study aimed to understand the micro-ecological environment and microbial composition within the animal body, besides to explore the isolation, purification and identification technology of probiotics in animal intestine.The dominant strains were isolated from the feces of Holstein lactating cows collected from Xiaguanying town, Yuzhong County, Gansu province.Isolation and purification, morphological observation, gram staining and a series of physiological and biochemical experiments were carried out in the experiments.Five probiotics(Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus, Bacillus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Phaeococcus) and Escherichia coli with good growth performance and strong acid production ability were identified.These studies may provide a basic reference for studying the microecology of animal organisms and further probiotics research.
