摘要
在自制的微型化学滚镀槽中,模拟工业化学滚镀条件,研究以NdFeB为基材,添加光亮剂的滚动化学镀镍工艺,并对所得镀层的性能进行分析测试.测试结果表明,镀层光亮,平整,结合力强,结构致密,耐腐蚀性好.
The process of electroless nickel plating on Nd Fe B permanent magnets by means of brighteners addition was studied under the simulation of industrial electroless nickel plating in a rolling cell,and properties of the deposits obtained were tested.Results show that the deposits obtained possess bright and smooth surface,dense microstructure,strong binding force and excellent anticorrosion.
