摘要
从尿素、水质、试剂及所用容器,探讨了安庆分公司车用尿素溶液配制试验中钙含量超标原因,并采用离子色谱法(IC)比对了ISO 22241推荐的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP)结果,优化了ICP尿素预处理条件。结果表明,配制溶液所选用的化肥去离子(脱盐)水Ca2+本底过高是主要原因,样品预处理采用优级纯HCl试剂及石英玻璃器皿是ICP准确测定尿素溶液微量钙等10种金属离子的较佳选择,尿素本身符合生产车用尿素溶液标准的要求。
The out of standard reasons of the content of calcium in preparation test of aqueous urea solution for motor vehicle were explored in aspects of urea,water,reagents and containers.The results of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP)recommended by ISO 22241 were compared by use of ion chromatography(IC),and the ICP urea pretreatment conditions were optimized.The results showed that urea itself is consistent with the requirements of the standard that was used to produce aqueous urea solution for motor vehicle.The content of calcium in deionized water which was selected to mix solution was on the high side.Sample pretreatment using superior grade of pure hydrochloric acid and quartz vessel was the better choice to accurately measure ten kinds of trace metal ion in urea solution by ICP.The results detected by IC and ICP were no significant difference.
