摘要
为了解决柴油车尾气处理液(尿素溶液)在尾气管及喷嘴处易产生结晶并造成堵塞问题,制备了一系列非离子表面活性剂作为尿素溶液的添加剂,以缓解尿素结晶问题。测试了添加剂在尿素溶液中的表面张力,发现十四醇聚氧乙烯醚、异十六醇聚氧乙烯醚、异十八醇聚氧乙烯醚和十六胺聚氧乙烯醚等添加剂具有较低的临界胶束浓度(低于10 mg/L)和较低的表面张力(小于30 mN/m)。进一步,采用模拟台架测试和发动机台架稳态循环(ESC)测试等手段,对这些添加剂进行性能测试。结果表明,异十八醇聚氧乙烯醚(i-C18EO10)添加量为500 mg/L时,能将尿素结晶量降低50.59%,且对柴油车后处理系统无损害,具有应用前景。
In order to solve the problem that treatment fluid for exhaust gas of diesel vehicle(urea solution)easily crystallized and caused blockage at the exhaust pipe and nozzle,a series of non-ionic surfactants as additives to urea solution to alleviate the problem of urea deposit is prepared.The surface tension of the additives in the urea solution was tested,and it was found that additives such as tetradecanol polyoxyethylene ether,isocetyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether,isostearyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and hexadecylamine polyoxyethylene ether had a lower critical micelle concentration(less than 10 mg/L)and low surface tension(less than 30 mN/m).Furthermore,the performance test of these additives is carried out by means of simulation bench test and European steady state cycle(ESC)test.The results show that when the addition amount of isostearyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(i-C18EO10)is 500 mg/L,the crystal amount of urea can be reduced by 50.59%,and it is harmless to the diesel vehicle aftertreatment system,and it is of great application prospects.
