摘要
用静态平衡法研究了含有 B2O3的 MgO-CaO-SiO2-B2O3-Al2O3五元渣系的脱硫率与炉渣组成变化的关系.当三元碱度R3小于2.2时,脱硫率随R3增大而增大,随B2O2含量的增加而减小; R3较大时,其增大对脱硫率影响不大,这时 B2O3含量的增加有利于改善动力学因素,提高脱硫率.
Boron-rich slag system is studied to acquire the relationship between desulfuration ratio and slag composition. When the ternary-basicity is lower than 2.2, accretion of it improves desulfuration largely and the improvement is smaller when it is high. Accretion of B_2O_3 reduces the desulfuration ratio when the ternary-basicity is low, but it increases the fluidity of the slag, which improves desulfuration as the basicity is high.
