摘要
口腔白斑是口腔粘膜斑纹类疾病中的常见疾病。由于它存在潜在的恶变可能,因而成为目前国内外口腔医学界最为关注的一类疾病。本文从现代医学与中医学两个方面深入探讨口腔白斑的病因、预防、临床表现与诊断,以及应用药物治疗及非药物治疗口腔白斑的最新进展,认为只有中西医结合,才能使口腔白斑的治疗获得新的突破。
Oral leukoplakia is a common disease of stripe-like illness in oral mucosa. It may evolve canceration,so it is one of the most concerned diseases by dental medical experts nowadays. The cause of disease,prevention,clinical manifestation and diagnosis of oral leukoplakia is investigated both from the aspects of modern medicine and Chinese traditional medicine,here. The recent progress is also introduced,it include drug therapy and non-drug therapy. It is expected that on combination of TCM with western medicine to treatment the oral leukoplakia,there may induce a new breakthrough.
