摘要
为了解动物园动物生长环境中常见病原菌的分布情况,采用菌落计数、细菌分离培养及动物致病试验的方法,对无锡市动物园部分动物舍环境空气、土壤、水进行检测。结果显示:不同的培养基在各种动物舍内检查到的细菌总数有所不同。在NA和M AC培养基上最多的是黑天鹅舍,最少的是孔雀舍和长颈鹿舍;在M SA和血培养基上最多的是赤袋鼠舍,最少的是长颈鹿舍和折衷鹦鹉舍;在S.S培养基上最多的是牦牛舍,最少的是长颈鹿舍和吸蜜鹦鹉。土壤中细菌总数最多的是长颈鹿舍;水中细菌总数最多的是斑马舍。从140份样本中分离到19种细菌162个菌株,其中4种细菌致病力较强;6种致病力弱;9种无致病性。环境中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌分布最广,具有致病性的菌株主要是大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌。
The methods of colony count,bacteria isolation and culture,and animal pathogenicity test are employed to understand the distribution of common pathogens in some parts of the living environment of animals including air,soil and water in Wuxi Forest Zoo.The results show that there are different numbers of bacterial colonies in the ambient air inside and outside the animal house of various media.The swan house has the largest number of bacteria in NA and MAC media while the peacock house and the giraffe house have the smallest number.In MSA and the blood media,the giraffe house and the parrort house have the smallest number of bacteria while the red kangaroo house has the largest number.In SS medium the yak house has the largest number of bacteria while the giraffe house and the parrot house have the smallest number.The giraffe house has the largest number of bacteria in the soil while the zebra house has the smallest number in the water.19 species of bacteria and 162 strains are isolated from 140 samples.4 kinds of bacteria have strong virulence,6 kinds have weak virulence,9 kinds are non-pathogenic.Coagulase-negative staphylococci is the most widely distributed bacteria in the environment.E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus are the main pathogenic strains.
