摘要
为研究发酵床养殖模式的菌群分布,采集发酵床猪场不同饲养阶段的猪肠道内容物和发酵床垫料进行细菌分离,检测菌株的致病性与耐药性。结果表明,从各阶段猪的肠道内容物和垫料中均可分离到大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、链球菌、葡萄球菌和普通枯草芽孢杆菌,在各垫料样品中分离到了黏液性枯草芽孢杆菌,但同种细菌在不同样品中的含量不同;分离到的大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、链球菌和葡萄球菌中均存在耐药性严重的致病菌株。研究结果显示,发酵床的垫料和猪肠道内容物中含有的细菌种类基本相同,但含量差异较大,表明细菌与环境之间具有双向的选择性和适应性。
The distribution of bacteria from the breeding pattern of fermentation bed was investigated in this study,pig intestinal contents and pad material of different feeding stages were collected in pig farms using fermentation bed,and the pathogenicity and drug resistance of isolated strains in the sample were detected.The results show that isolated strains between the pig intestinal contents and pad material of different feeding stages were the same type of bacteria,but their contents were different; and the drug resistance of pathogen from isolates were serious.This study shows that the species of bacteria in the fermentation bed pad and pig intestinal contents were basically the same,but their number were different,this suggesting the existence of bidirectional selectivity and adaptability between bacteria and the environment.
