摘要
我国古代广泛存在的以民歌、民谣、童谣、讹言和流言为代表的社会谣言,作为一种特殊的公众舆论,具有复杂的社会政治和文化背景。汉代统治者重视这类社会谣言及其造成的社会影响,并对之作出积极的政治回应或政策调整。但在一定的社会和政治背景下,汉代统治者也会对社会谣言加以疏导、利用或限制、打击,以维护其统治权威和社会政治秩序。
In ancient China,many social ballads such as folk songs,children＇s folk rhymes,rumors were widely spread out.As a kind of special public opinion,they embody the social culture and political backgrounds of different eras.The governors of the Han Dynasty paid great attention to these social ballads and their social influence,and often made positive political responses and adjusted their policies.In some cases,the governors of the Han Dynasty restricted and made use of these social ballads in order to defend their sovereignty and maintain the social and political order.
