摘要
东汉时期,河南水灾严重,在数量上占全国水灾的一半还多。在地域分布上东汉水灾主要集中在豫西,大多是由长时间降水引起的。在时间上东汉河南水灾多发生在雨水集中的夏、秋两季。水灾分布集中的原因,除了气候、地理、农业开发、黄河淤积等因素外,还有一定的政治因素。河南水灾危害严重,不仅冲毁房屋和农田,使河南人口和耕地面积大大减少,还造成一系列政治、社会问题。
During Eastern-Han Dynasty, the flood was very serious which accounted for a half of the whole nation. The floods, caused mainly by long-time raining, primarily happened in the west of Henan. The flood in Henan primarily took place in summer and autumn. The reason of its consentration included not only the factors concerning the climate, geography, agricultural development and the depositing of the yellow river, but also the political ones. The flood was very destructive ,which had not only destroied houses and crops, decreased the population and farming lands,dut also caused a lot of political and social prolems.
