摘要
本文在比较中外大学章程制定主体及其三种不同呈现形式的基础上,通过对大学章程制定主体的法理分析,提出我国大学章程制定主体应回归大学本身,并强调探索符合国情的具体形式。
Based on the comparison of Chinese and foreign university statutes＇ constitutor subject and three main forms of presentation,and through the legal analysis of university statutes＇ constitutor subject,this paper suggests that the constitutor subject of university statute should return to the university itself,and stress to explore the specific form conforming to the national conditions.
