摘要
本文基于以往研究的数据样本、估计方法与我国农村地区个人教育收益率估计水平总体偏低及其各种解释回顾,分析以往估计结果在地区、教育层级、性别、年龄与行业之间的差异特征。同时,探讨教育在促进农民劳动迁移和收入来源多样化,进而提升农民收入方面所具有的积极影响。
Firstly,the paper reviews the data and methods in the past relevant literatures,and examines the low-level estimates of ROR to education in rural China and its explanations;Secondly,the paper elaborates the disparities characteristics among areas,educational levels,gender,age groups,and sectors.Moreover,the paper analyses the positive influence of education on farmers' income through increasing likelihood of farmers' labor migration and income diversification.Finally,the paper discusses the policy implications of past empirical results and proposes the direction for future research.
