初诊2型糖尿病患者氧化应激状况及与糖尿病发病的相关性 被引量:1

Link of Oxidative Stress State of Patients of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetic with Pancreatic β-cell Function and Insulin Resistance

摘要 目的观察初诊2型糖尿病患者体内氧化应激改变,分析氧化应激改变与胰岛素抵抗和胰岛β细胞功能下降的关系。方法测定60例初诊2型糖尿病患者和50名正常对照者血清活性氧活力(ROS)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),同时测定T2DM患者空腹胰岛素水平,采用稳态模型测定胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和胰岛B细胞功能(HOMA-β),比较氧化应激指标与胰岛素抵抗、胰岛B细胞功能的相关性。结果T2DM组与对照组相比,ROS显著增强,MDA明显增高,GSH、SOD明显降低。ROS、MDA与HOMA-IR呈正相关,与HOMA-β呈负相关。GSH、SOD与HoMA-IR呈负相关,与HOMA-β呈正相关。结论T2DM患者体内氧化应激明显增强.氧化应激增强.与T2DM患者胰岛素抵抗和胰岛B细胞功能下降密切相关. Objective To investigate newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients" changes in oxidative stress in vivo, analysis of changes in oxidative stress and insulin resistance and pancreatic β-cell function decline in the relationship. Methods 60 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients and 50 normal controls vitality serum reactive oxygen species(ROS), malondialdehyde(MDA), glutathione(GSH), superoxide dismutase(SOD) were examined, and simultaneously determinated fasting insulin levels of T2DM patients. Insulin resistance index HOMA-IR and HOMA-β were measured with homeostasis model. Indicators of oxidative stress compared with the insulin resistance and islet [3-cell function. Results Compared with control group, T2DM group's ROS, MDA was significantly increased, GSH, SOD significantly decreased. ROS, MDA was positively correlatedwith HOMA-IR and negatively correlated with HOMA-β. GSH, SOD was positively correlated with HOMA-β and negatively correlated with HOMA- IR. Conclusion In T2DM patients oxidative stress was increased. Enhanced oxidative stress are closely related to insulin resistance and decreased β- cell function in patients with T2DM.
