摘要
美学素养是教师专业素养特别是人文素养的重要体现,对教师自身修养及其教育教学工作起着至关重要的作用。本文从教师美学素养的现状着手,从美学的视角切入,主要对教师美学素养缺失的原因进行了梳理、分析,并提出了提高教师美学素养的相应策略。
Aesthetic literacy is an important embodiment of the professionalism of teachers,particularly of humanistic qualities.It plays a vital role in self-cultivation and education of teachers and teaching.This paper,from the aesthetic point of view,based on the aesthetic quality of the current situation of teachers,mainly analyses the reasons for the lack of the aesthetic qualities of teachers,and proposes the corresponding strategies to improve the aesthetic quality of teachers.
