摘要
教育实习作为教师的职前教育,是每一个师范生必不可少的学习环节。其中班级管理是教育实习的一个主要方面,实习生在班级管理的具体实践中需完成教师角色的转化,科学地将在大学课堂上学到理论知识应运于班级管理的实际工作中。
Educational practice as a pre-service education of teachers is essential for normal students every aspect of learning.Class management which is a major aspect of teaching practice,trainees in the concrete practice of classroom management of teachers need to complete the transformation of the role of science in the college classroom to learn on the theory of knowledge should be shipped in the actual work of classroom management.
