摘要
当前日趋复杂的国内外环境和社会思潮给高校学生管理工作带来了巨大的冲击,对高校辅导员的素质能力提出了更高的要求。本文从高校辅导员应具备的素质能力入手,提出了提升辅导员素质能力的途径和方法。
Increasing complexity of current environmental and social values at home and abroad to the student management tremendous impact on the quality of college counselors ability to put forward higher requirements.This article describes the college counselors should have the basic qualities and abilities,and proposed to enhance the quality and ability counselor on ways and means.
