摘要 危机管理,灾难恢复和组织持续性是单个公司和整个旅游目的地管理者竞争力的关键所在。对于大范围的问题来说,危机管理可能是一个决定旅游目的地可持续性和成功的关键因素。文中提出了一个框架,将知识管理的基本原则运用于提高危机管理的有效性。并且文中将这一框架运用于基于知识的危机管理体系的概念设计,这种体系能更有助于危机管理以及当地旅游酒店产业的发展。 Crisis management, disaster recovery and organizational sustainability are the key factors the competence of individual enterprise as well as the attractions. As to the extensive issue~ crisis management might be the critical factor to the success and sustainability of attractions. This study puts forward a framework which applies the principles of knowledge management to the improvement of the effectiveness of crisis management. This framework is used to design the concept of the crisis management system which is based on the knowledge. This system is useful for crisis management and the development of local tourism industry.
