摘要
本文分析了电磁搅拌对 Z L101 A 合金树枝晶碎(细)化和形成圆整初晶的影响,研究了化学成分、组织形貌与力学性能的关系.采用电磁搅拌结合水平半连续铸造制备出直径为Φ80 m m 的半固态 Z L101 A 连铸坯.其组织中α( Al)呈现玫瑰花状和椭球状的混合形态,( Al+ Si)共晶组织呈细小点状.连铸坯由表及里的平均性能为 σb= 251.25 M Pa,δ= 16.10% ,接近已发表文献中的最佳值.
The effect of electromagnetic stirring upon the dendrite fragmentation and spheroid α(Al) formation of ZL101A alloy is analyzed. The relationship between chemical composition, microstructure and mechanical property is also studied. Using electromagnetic stirring and direct chill cast technology, the 80 mm diameter billet of ZL101A alloy with nondendrite structure is obtained. In this ingot, α (Al) microstructure shows the mixed pattern of rosette and ellipsoid, while eutectic (Al+Si) small dot pattern. The billet average mechanical properties are: σ b =251.25 MPa, δ =16.10%, similar to the optimum values as reported.
