摘要
随着市场的经济发展,社会对会计专业学生的职业能力要求越来越高,要适应市场需求,提高高职会计专业学生的职业能力,就必须进行会计教学改革。从市场调查和高职会计专业学生职业能力的现状入手,对目前高职会计教育存在的问题进行分析论证,提出注重人格教育、加强实践性、开放性教学,提高教师素质等改革措施。
With the development of economy,social demands for the accountant students＇ professional ability is growing higher and higher.In order to meet the market needs and improve students＇ professional ability,Accountant teaching reform must be made.From the market investigation and current students＇ situation,the article analyses the existing problems and puts forward some measures,such as paying attention to the personality education,strengthening practice,and open teaching and improving teachers＇ qualities,etc.
