摘要
本文首次报道了疏毛蘑芋Ａｍ ｏｒｐｈｏｐｈｌｌｕｓ ｓｉｎｅｎｓｉｓＢｅｌｖａｌ的体细胞染色体数目和核型，并与其近缘种蘑芋Ａ． ｒｉｖｉｅｒｉＤｕｒｉｅｕ 和白蘑芋Ａ． ａｌｂｕｓＰ．Ｙ．Ｌｉｕ ｅｔ Ｊ． Ｆ． Ｃｈｅｎ 的核型进行了比较．结果表明，该种的体细胞染色体数为２６，核型公式为２ｎ＝ ２６＝ ２２ｍ （２ＳＡＴ）＋ ４ｓｍ ，属２Ａ 核型，其染色体相对长度组成为２ｎ＝ ２６＝ １２Ｍ２＋ １２Ｍ１＋ ２Ｓ．通过与近缘种的核型比较，疏毛蘑芋较白蘑芋和蘑芋均原始．
In the present paper, the somatic chromosome number and the karyotype of Amorphophllus sinensis Belval are reported for the first time. The results are showed that the somatic chromosome number of this species is 26 and the karyotype formula is 2n=26=22m(2SAT)+4sm, according to Levan et al (1963) standards. The karyotype of this species belongs to 2A type in Stebbins' (1971) karyotypic asymmetry system. The chromosome complement of this species is 2n =26=12M 2+12M 1+2S, according to Kuo et al (1972)standards. Based on the karyotypic comparison with its intimate species, A. sinensis Belval is more primitive than A. rivieri Durieu and A. albus P.Y.Liu et J. F. Chen.
