摘要
本文首次报道了疏毛蘑芋Am orphophllus sinensisBelval的体细胞染色体数目和核型,并与其近缘种蘑芋A. rivieriDurieu 和白蘑芋A. albusP.Y.Liu et J. F. Chen 的核型进行了比较.结果表明,该种的体细胞染色体数为26,核型公式为2n= 26= 22m (2SAT)+ 4sm ,属2A 核型,其染色体相对长度组成为2n= 26= 12M2+ 12M1+ 2S.通过与近缘种的核型比较,疏毛蘑芋较白蘑芋和蘑芋均原始.
In the present paper, the somatic chromosome number and the karyotype of Amorphophllus sinensis Belval are reported for the first time. The results are showed that the somatic chromosome number of this species is 26 and the karyotype formula is 2n=26=22m(2SAT)+4sm, according to Levan et al (1963) standards. The karyotype of this species belongs to 2A type in Stebbins' (1971) karyotypic asymmetry system. The chromosome complement of this species is 2n =26=12M 2+12M 1+2S, according to Kuo et al (1972)standards. Based on the karyotypic comparison with its intimate species, A. sinensis Belval is more primitive than A. rivieri Durieu and A. albus P.Y.Liu et J. F. Chen.
